We are seeking to raise a historic $100M endowment. This endowment will allow us to accelerate a critical infusion of elite veterans to both lead and create nationally-prominent companies.

Our graduating Fellows realize immediate success, with 92% finding employment at the Director level or higher, or starting their own business. They leave our program armed with 150 hours of 1-on-1 executive coaching, training, and connectivity into a network of industry-specific mentors. Yet, at our current capacity we are only realizing a fraction of our full potential.

In 2013, the average first salary of Special Operators post their service was $88,000. Since the creation of HFLF, the average salary of our graduates has risen to $125,000.

In 2013, only 13% of Special Operators had a job the day they left active duty service. Since the creation of HFLF, 92% of our graduates are employed within 23 days after leaving active duty service.
